He just nodded and we growled. “Are you jealous?” His voice turned amused.
“I don’t know you enough to be jealous.” Nix tossed out. But the truth was, we were jealous.

He stumbled over his feet. “What?” He gave me a side look.
“You act like I shouldn’t have noticed. We are wolves. We live through our nose,” Nix scoffed.
“You are right, but no one has ever asked me directly.”
