Gabi’s POV
We had a nicer dinner. I knew their funds were tight as they didn’t blindfold me when we were leaving, and I saw all the tents and the conditions that they were living in. They really need help, and I am going to see if they can come to Ever Green or with me to Tanner’s pack, the Blood Rose. I have funds in my jacket and treated them to dinner. I get paid to be on the training team, and I don’t usually spend my money. I got a new pair of sneakers, and the salesperson said I will need another pair every six months. I am pretty frugal, I guess, having grown up with little, I appreciate everything that I have now.
