“Is that how she normally is with you and Kill?” Kai asks and I nod.
“Well at least the screaming to get out is normal.” I say and he shrugs.
“She said she wasn’t feeling well this morning, maybe that's why she looked like she did.” He says.
“Yeah, maybe.” I answer, having this horrible gut feeling that something is wrong. Kai and I walk back to the elevator in silence, both in our thoughts.
