Most people think that in order to be transported the transporter needs to know the coordinates or must have been to the place before. While this is true, there are also other ways to transport as long as your transporter is strong enough. The person tagging along can control where they go. All they have to do is think of the place or the person they wish to see. Sometimes thinking of people doesn't work as well because they might have a block on them, or depending on what they are, anything other than a wolf, bear or vampire. Why it is like that, I am not sure, but it still helps greatly.
