She spent that month attending Luna lessons twice a week with her mother on Sunday and Thursday mornings, getting to see how to use a Luna’s Calm; not that she had that, and that both she and her mother were of Alpha blood.
Her mother, as the pack Luna, had been granted that Luna’s Calm when Marked by an Alpha. She could, if genuinely concerned, lay a hand on any pack member, and help reduce their fear. It didn’t resolve the fear, it just brought that wolf's attention to her, so she could speak to them.
Have them become rational and get that wolf, be it young or old, male or female, wolf-less even, to listen to reason, see another point of view, and they would heed the Luna’s advice. She, as the Luna, must be calm and check the facts, to be able to bring about trust between the Lun
