Part of me still felt like I should wait until after my meeting with the doctor on Thursday just to see if the elixir concept was even possible. But Demetrius was right. I could understand how keeping it to myself might look like I was going behind their backs and experimenting on Liz without their knowledge. It was better to just lay everything out on the table and explain.
Taking a deep breath to steady my nerves, I raised my hand and knocked on their front door.
