King Anthony POV
As soon as Jagger returns from speaking with Lona, the change in his mood is tangible. The anger and pain are rolling off of him in waves. I can't imagine what they could have discussed that would have upset him so much. I look at Bella and I can see she noticed the change too. I worry that whatever has upset him will keep him from returning with us to the castle.
Kazer and I really need to have both our pups close right now, especially while I deal with Fiona. Jagger walks past me without a word. As soon as he reaches Angelica, he pulls her into his arms. I watch as his shoulders sag. Kazer starts to pace, knowing that our pup is upset. "Someone hurt our pup. Talk to him, Tony," Kazer says with a growl.
