The night of the supernatural ball came in the blink of an eye. Partly looking forward to it and partly reluctant to step out of the house, I stood in front of the mirror in my bedroom, examining myself. I didn't need anyone to tell me that I did a nice job on myself. The makeup I had on was done properly. My hair was styled neatly in a bun, and I wore a white dress that hugged my figure and showed my curves. I smirked slyly in the mirror. Theo was at the ball at the moment, and I would have to meet him there. I couldn't wait to see the look on his face when he saw my outfit. Predictably, he would not keep his hands to himself.
