I didn’t know if I had mentioned this before but I absolutely despised Saint’s work.
Well, not necessarily. I just hated the fact that it kept me away from him a lot. If it was a year ago, I’d be with him in any country he currently was in, but it was different this time. After Saint and I got married, I decided to intern at a company that did not belong to my husband or my father.
Saint told me several times that I didn’t need to work but I just wanted to learn responsibility before I thought of having kids. It was the worst decision I ever made. Going to work every day reminded me of the reason why I didn’t want to work in the first place, but I still didn’t quit.
