Nadia  I went to bed that night knowing that once again, I’d made a fool of myself in front of both my prior and current mates. Demanding that Kael believe me over Freda about the attack; not-so-subtly propositioning Vincent. I probably spent the entire night with a face as red as a tomato. I even felt embarrassed in my dreams.  It was a feeling I was growing way, way too familiar with. You’d think that facing the consequences of my actions over and over would one day get me to change my actions, but apparently I didn’t work that way.  Instead, I just had to deal with the fallout again.
