Charles   Grace went down like a bag of bricks. s**t. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse. She’d probably feel like s**t for days, but I had a feeling that she had lasted way longer than I should have expected. An Enforcer caught her as another group of men jumped out from another building. The tension in the air was palpable. The rain was intensifying, turning the ground into muck and making it hard to get a good stance as we fought. “f**k's sake!”  Someone yelled, slamming a body into the ground. It shattered into a pile of pebbles. “Golem!” “Find the hearthstone!” I hissed. “After them!”  the Pebble started to rejoin themselves.  One of the enforces turned, drawing a sweeping arc of air before slicing a building in half.  Most of the figures dropped into piles of pebbles
