"My- Sorry, our honeymoon?" Sienna gawks for a moment. Clearly I've caught her off guard. I regret that, I had only meant to create peace at the table. I knew since I met Lucien that he can be quick to anger, but it was rarely so unjust. Sienna hasn't done anything to deserve this.
"Of course. You're newlyweds and you've both just been working ever since. Honestly, I'm sorry that I didn't say something sooner."
Arthur and Sienna look at each other, and I get the sense that some meaning has passed between them that is lost on me. It makes me smile. Their bond truly is special, if I didn't know better I would have thought they were Fated mates. Watching young love blossom is a true privilege.
