Caden’s POV
My grandmother’s friends were ruthless, and I wanted to run over and hug them both. Nothing funnier than old women stating the cold, hard truth. I barely held back my laugh, but Colton didn’t. He was laughing pretty hard at their comments. Colleen was right, this wedding hadn’t been ruined by Ginger; the laughs had helped alleviate some of the stress.
“I don’t give a damn about anything you two old biddies have to say. I look nice in this outfit, and I couldn’t care less about your old-fashioned opinions. You two aren’t even being spoken to, so you can both just stay the f**k out of it. This is between Parker and me. She’s already shown that she’s able to defend herself. She doesn’t need you two or Caden to defend her. She’s fine on her own,” Ginger snapped out.
