"Go home." I said and she laughed bitterly.
"You bring nothing but death." She said and Marisol moved between us.
"Enough." Marisol said but Kiki shoved her aside.
"No." Kiki said as she looked directly into my eyes.
"People keep dying because of you." Kiki insisted and something inside me finally snapped.
I crossed the room before anyone realized I had moved. My fist connected with her jaw hard enough to send her crashing into a row of chairs.
She struggled back to her feet while cursing and I grabbed the front of her shirt.
"You think I wanted any of this?" I asked as she swung wildly but I blocked the punch before driving her backward against the wall.
"You think I enjoy watching people bleed?" I asked while she tried shoving me away.
