The second Wire traced the signal to my apartment every trace of warmth from the office disappeared instantly. Knox was already pulling his shirt back on while tension rolled off him hard enough to crack concrete and honestly I had never seen him this close to completely losing control before. “You sure?” Knox barked. “Signals active and moving through her building.” Wire said shoving the laptop closer. “Someone planted a tracker in my apartment?” I asked. “And if they planted one tracker, they probably planted more.” Wire said grimly. “We’re going now.” Knox said grabbing his gun.
