Our plan to get Liam wasn’t successful, so we had to wait until morning to try again. Nessa and I went to the building where they held Nessa hostage the first time but we didn’t find anybody.
Of course, they weren’t going to keep him there because that was the first place I was going to check. I just decided to try my luck.
After we met an empty building, Nessa couldn’t stop crying while her mum didn’t stop calling her. I tried my best to comfort her but nothing was working.
I took her back home to have some sleep. She was so sad and didn’t close her eyes for even a second. I cuddled her while she lay on my chest, it was only then she fell asleep.
