Aurelia’S POV
Tremors ran through my spine. My body shivered with cold sweat as the huge figure towered over me. Its face masked with something else... a cold, eerie monster.
“Please.” I begged, struggling to run.
To run as fast as I could.
I bolted, my feet dragging against the wet sand beneath my bare feet but no matter how much I ran, the towering figure loomed over me.
Watching.
It raised its hands, picking me up by the collar of my silk dress.
My feet kicked in the air, sweat turning into blood. Screams ripped from my chest as I turned to see the monster, bringing me closer to its face growing larger by the second.
“No!” I yelled, cried.
Tears to no avail, its mouth opened wide, swallowing me whole.
Then darkness.
Panic flooded my veins. My knees buckled as my body crashed
