By the middle of the following week, Logan’s sudden romantic attention and behavior had become completely impossible for me to ignore.
It had all started out very small and quiet at first, but things quickly escalated into something much more intense. On Monday morning, he brought me a hot cup of fresh coffee exactly how I always liked itwith creamy oat milk and just one spoonful of white sugarand left it sitting right on top of my wooden office desk. He had even attached a little square paper note to the plastic lid that read: “Thought you might really need this to start your day. You always work far too hard around here. Logan”
On Tuesday afternoon, he volunteered his own free time to help me completely clean out and reorganize the heavy resource library room. E
