I grabbed Alice by her neck and extended my claws. I made sure my claws punctured her skin as I lifted her up against the wall. Her feet dangle in the air as she tries to loosen my grip. But I am not fully in control of my body and, unfortunately for her, Gaia is just as pissed as I am. I was so focused on strangling her, that I made a monumental mistake. I didn’t grab her hands. She used her nails to dig into my arms as she tried to free herself.
I realized too late that she used her magic. When I felt the pain, I banged her head against the wall repeatedly. She lets go of my arms as she starts to lose consciousness.
