The next week after the fourth of July was spent getting the last things that we would need for the big meeting. We double-checked that we had enough food and drinks to take with us. We made sure that the food that we'd be taking was separate from the food that would go into the restaurant part of the barn.
We rounded up all of the coolers that everyone had. We even had to go and buy a few extras so that we had enough to haul all of the food. I made sure that I had everything that I'd need for my camper. We planned to pack our stuff into coolers as well since we left the camper back on my property. Everyone else would be loading their stuff up into their campers to take with them.
