The rest of the day and the next were spent with us getting the final touches ready for the big meeting. While we women got the kitchen and meeting room ready. The guys were out checking campsites and placing numbers on them. They decided to use the four-wheeler and their bikes to show each of our guests where they were placed at.
Since each guest would be bringing two or three campers for their people. We made sure to place them with enough room for all of them. Thankfully, this place is big enough for alot more people, so we were able to make it work.
