The girls and I decided to spend the day inside after the guys left. We didn't know what would happen and wanted to be able to get to safety should we be attacked while they were gone. So we set the boys up to watch cartoons. And my grandparents sat with them in the living room. The rest of us women went to the kitchen to cook.
Alena talked about doing a big fish fry one night that we were here. She said that it's something that they do every time that they come here. The guys love to go fishing and get the fish, crabs, and lobsters that they use for it. I couldn't wait for it because it sounds delicious. But for today, we went in to start dinner.
