Charlotte’s POV   The rest of the banquet passed in a blur. Guests came and went, shaking my hand and giving me well-wishes that I had to respond to with smiles and thank-yous. I never got a chance to confront Kieran for what he’d done, but the whole ordeal burned against that mark on my neck, making it impossible to forget.   And to make matters worse, his presence was constantly in my mind now, literally.
