The shootout outside town changed the atmosphere around the clubhouse completely because after weeks of paranoia and fires and hidden cameras. The club finally felt angry instead of scared. People worked harder, moved faster and talked louder. Somehow the closer the rebuilt clubhouse came to completion, the more everyone acted like finishing it meant refusing to lose. Construction crews hammered through daylight while patched members hauled lumber and wiring across the property and by the following week the place finally started looking whole again instead of burned apart.
