“It means we move.” Brax said.
“No.” Blade said.
The answer came quickly and Blade didn’t hesitate even when Brax laughed bitterly.
“Talia is out there.” Brax said.
“We know.” Blade said.
“Then we got get her.” Brax snapped but Blade’s expression hardened.
“We don’t even know where she is.” Blade said.
The argument escalated immediately. Voices rose, tempers flared and frustration exploded.
Months of stress finally finding an outlet and Brax stepped away before the situation got worse.
