Lisa held the flash drive between her fingers. Small. Light. But heavy as hell in her mind. Fog curled around her feet, the air cold and sharp. Dock 72 smelled of sea salt and rusted metal, but Lisa barely noticed. Her pulse drummed in her ears. Liam stood close behind her, his eyes locked on Mr. Leo. “You disappeared,” Liam said quietly, his tone accusatory. “You worked for Ethan the whole time?” Leo gave a thin smile. “I worked for whoever paid me the most.
