The DA also reminded me that Elaine’s trial is in five days. They had to postpone all the trials and sentencing after Martha had the others killed. Tiffany needs to be sentenced, but she is still in the medical unit. They don't even know how long she will survive. Her recovery is slow, and I doubt she will be someone’s first choice to be a donor recipient.
Now that Elaine is fully healed, her trial will start. So I feel happy that justice will be served all around. Maybe now Zander and I can live our lives in peace and I can get back to finding Mary. I should also get my bar exam results before the end of this month. It normally takes three months, so I have two more weeks to wait to see if I can finally call myself a lawyer.
