Alpha Evan released me and made a few steps away from me. His eyes didn’t leave my baffled face. As he dropped the pieces of my cellphone he broke in his hands.
“Was it Alec?” His voice sounded upset, “Did he call to check on you after one of his men tried to kill me?”
I frowned, “Do you think Alec has something to do with what happened this morning?” I asked, shocked at the Alpha’s speculation, “Do you think he could do this?”
