Marco was strolling around the garden with Matteo and Victoria. Halfway through, since there were business decisions to be made at the company, and they needed Marco's input, Matteo went to a pavilion to answer the phone call.
In the huge manor, Victoria was casually admiring the scenery as she walked beside Marco.
"My grandpa fell in love with my grandma at first sight. When he was courting her, he personally designed the layout and supervised the construction of a European-style manor. They got married in this manor and were deeply in love throughout their lives." This was the first time Marco had patiently explained these past events to someone. Perhaps he didn't even realize that, unconsciously, he was attracted to Victoria and wanted to introduce more of his family's history to her.
