What the actual f**k is wrong with Ronan? Who the hell was this man, really?
I know werewolves have beyond just having their wolves but going diabolical? Using vials and chemicals to spark some diabolic means wasn't in my list of what Ronan could do.
I grabbed Athena by the arm before she could disappear back into the shadows she had been hovering in since everything fell apart.
"You're coming with me," I said.
She looked up at me. Her mascara had tracked down both cheeks, her blonde hair a mess around her face, wearing a thin white blouse that had seen better days. She looked like a woman who had given everything to the wrong person for the wrong reasons and was now standing in the wreckage of that decision.
