"Marie is definitely going to play," Ed said. "She loves poker."
"I'm in," Kelly said, winking at Duncan. She started to sit next to her husband but Drake held up his hand.
"We've got some new rules for tonight," he said. "No sitting next to your own spouse. We don't want couples cheating. We're playing for real money."
He began to lay out the buy in rules. "That's about it," he said as he wrapped up. "We'll be playing Texas Hold-Em, of course."
Everyone began to count out some cash for the buy in. It didn't get too crazy, nothing over 100 dollars. There weren't going to be any irritated friendships tonight.
