Sienna’s POV
“Hmm?” I groaned at Rosa who was tapping me.
“Have you heard?” She asked as she moved closer to me.
“Heard what?” I groaned again, looking at her. She leaned in even closer.
“Yesterday night, I heard Don went to hack the system at Crimson Club organisation,” she whispered.
My eyes widened instantly.
“What!” I gasped. “How? Did he go alone?” I asked quickly, my voice sounding sharp. Rosa leaned back against the chair.
“There’s no way he could have gone alone…” she said, but her tone didn’t calm me down.
What the hell is going on in his head? Why would he take such a risk? My chest tightened and my stomach knotted.
“Sienna?” Rosa called me again, breaking through the storm in my head. My eyes darted to her. Was that the reason he wasn’t home yesterday?
