Ivan’s POV.
It has been two days since my malyshka’s waters broke. The drugs given to her helped to mature our little angel’s lungs quickly. But the risk of infection was becoming greater the long we left her.
It was decided that today she will have our babies. In less than an hour, our little ones will be with us. Casey and I are both excited, to say the least.
Casey will be awake during the procedure and has been given a Spinal block. I stood in front of her as she clutched the pillow to her chest with my hands on her shoulders as I whispered words of comfort as the anaesthetist injected the medicine into her spine. It worked fast, and I kissed her as they wheeled her into the theatre. I quickly changed and here I am sitting next to her head as we both talk.
