It has been a few days since my operation, and I was home on the same day. I’m walking better but still walking hunched over and like I have a carrot up my butt. But it’s progress. I do get out of breath easily, but I need to move around to get rid of the gas.
Leo has been an absolute gem. I have been drinking peppermint tea to help with the bloating and being a good patient for nurse Leo. Taking my pain meds on time and sleeping a lot. I’m starting to feel normal and the only pain I have is because of the surgery.
I never thought I would say this, but I am actually looking forward to having a normal period. Not one that is filled with pain and heavy as hell. Just normal.
