Carson let out a gasp and clamored to her feet. She looked in Amber’s direction and visibly relaxed.
“Amber, oh my God. I am so happy to see you,” she said. She picked up her own box and ran towards her. “Yeah, I’m okay. F*ck this place is creepy. I was hiding in the tree when I shifted and the limb I was on snapped. I saw some dogs and five men walking by me. They didn’t even look up. I don’t think they expected any of the girls to climb trees.”
