"What the f**k are you doing in here, Alex?" I burst through the door of his room without knocking, my voice sharp and cutting through the air like a knife.
I had been pacing downstairs, fuming over how he ignored me all evening, spending time on his phone instead of paying attention to me like he should.
As his stepsister, I expected more from him, especially after Mom married his dad and we ended up living under the same roof.
