Syria’s POV "I have a photo of my first exhibited work." We had just finished dinner when Kael spread a blanket out in front of the fireplace. “So…is this what you’re going to tell me?” I nodded, “Yes.” We both sat down, and I felt the notion of warmth of the fire brushing against my skin. It was the kind of warmth that seeps in slowly, making everything else go quiet. It was peaceful and safe. “Okay, let me see.” I pulled out my phone without thinking, scrolling through the pictures. “Here.” Kael leaned over and gently took it from my hand. His fingers swiped across the screen until he stopped on one picture. “My first exhibited piece.” I murmur. My chest tightened a little as he zoomed in on it, studying it carefully like it was more than just a picture. “That one?” he ask
