It was a glorious day. We feasted until five in the morning and then everyone turned in. Michelle and I slept until three in the afternoon. It surprised us both. Apparently Rayna slept until noon and then woke up Aunt Ava and Uncle Ninja instead of us. I loved my girl.
We spent the day and night with Rayna. We watched Frozen and The Little Mermaid, then we went to bed at a decent time. Now I was up at eight a.m. I stretched, popped my back and turned to kiss my baby girl’s naked shoulder. She did not stir. I rubbed her belly for a minute to say hello to my babies and then went to wake up my little one.
I snuck into her room and chuckled. She was on her stomach, her little butt in the air and her cheek squished into the bed. A huge pool of drool on her sheets.
