Brenna’s POV
I enjoyed spending time with my sisters today. It helped us to talk about what happened. It was a terrifying experience coming downstairs to see Lena waiting for us. We knew she was up to no good the moment we saw her; we hadn’t expected her to have backup. Waking up and realizing that we were back in the Kamaria pack made me more fearful than I had ever been in my life.
I think that we were able to bounce back from this quicker because the people who took us had been killed. Rex had found his mate and didn't want me anymore. Clay was demoted and banished, and Saoirse had told Paxton where to find his mate. At first, I wished that Saoirse would kill them. But I wouldn't have been happy with Lisa running the pack into the ground like she planned.
