I knew that Saoirse was stalling for the Council to get here. I know she is trying to fix things for Rex, but I needed to get back to my mate. I know everyone is suddenly pitying Rex, but not me. He loves Brenna, and you can tell that he still does. I know Paxton had assured Alexei that he would never pursue Cara again. Anton had verified it for him, but I need them to do the same for Rex.
