“Just how long is he going to take?” Jackie was mumbling when Hope saw a speck in the far distance, wincing with his half’s words. “I mean- he’s a God after all isn’t he? “ she went on saying as he held both hands over his forehead squinting his eyes as he stared out into the sunny atmosphere.
“Half,” August corrected her and rolled his eyes. Lately, Jackie was more annoying than usual. Maybe it was because of how strung up they all were.
