Harper’s POV The sensitive emotions that were spiraling between Lucas and me had to be placed on a temporary hold for the moment. What I was looking at was so much more important than whatever argument we had been dealing with before. Those previous feelings of anger and frustration had been dulled through the bond. I glanced back at Lucas to find his gaze had softened immensely.
