"Let them in," Sebastian finally said, his patience thinning as the tension in the room thickened.
The door opened, and Nathan walked in with another woman right behind him, both of them wearing crisp white doctor's coats, which immediately cleared up some of the confusion swirling in the air.
The woman was a brunette, composed but visibly nervous, her hands clasped in front of her as she followed Nathan inside.
"Everyone, this is my assistant, Debbie," Nathan said calmly, his professional tone grounding the room. "She specializes in physiotherapy."
