Aurora's POV The morning sun streamed through the curtains of my tiny apartment in the Nightshade Pack territory, but its warmth did nothing to dispel the chill that had settled in my bones. I sat on the edge of my bed, staring at my phone with fear and fury. Another message had arrived during the night, its contents more chilling than any that had come before: "My beautiful Aurora, did you think you could escape me?
