I was being summoned.
Right after l showed Selena her room. I wish we could have talked more.
And a huge part of me just wanted to ignore whatever they had to say and stay in with my family. But I also knew I needed to give Selena the space she desperately needed. I could tell that my heavy presence was suffocating her, and I promised Noah I wouldn't push her.
