I ran away from Theo like something was chasing me after that kiss because I felt uncomfortable because of how comfortable I was with him and how easy everything is with him.
I'm glad he didn't follow me because I really needed the space.
I sat on the fluffy rug in the living room helping Lilian build a small house out of colorful wooden blocks. Leo was sitting a few feet away, pushing a toy truck across the floor, but he was unusually quiet.
