Lynn's POV I bolt upright in bed, chest heaving, tears already streaming down my face. My hands shake as I press them against my eyes, trying to banish the image burned into my mind. Logan. Dying. Blood everywhere. 'It was just a dream. Just a nightmare. He's fine. He's right here—' I whip around, terror spiking through me. Logan lies beside me, still asleep. His chest rises and falls with steady breathing. No blood. No wounds. Just peaceful sleep. A sob breaks from my throat—relief mixed with lingering horror. The dream felt so real. The blood warm on my hands. Logan's voice whispering my name. The light fading from his eyes. I can't stop crying. My whole body shakes with silent sobs, hands clutching the blanket as I try desperately to pull myself together. 'It was just a dream.
