  Nicole's POV   For the entire three weeks I was away, Gio never bothered to check on me after what he did because of Molly.   Mom took charge of the situation and sent his bodyguards to bring Molly the moment Gio sent the pictures to him.   When I woke up after the tongue surgery, Mom was by my bedside, but I couldn't speak due to the anesthesia, which made my tongue feel heavy.   I wondered how my tongue had returned.
