Gianni's heated gaze was focused me, I felt slightly embarrassed but the pain was burning.
"What happened? Who hit you?"
He looked like he was ready to fry someone and before I said a word, Nicole answered. "Her stupid secretary slapped her twice, Gio. She should be fired."
"No, I didn't do it on purpose," Agatha pleaded when Gianni's angry gaze landed on her.
"You didn't do it on purpose? Why don't you have a taste of your own medicine?"
"Gianni, she didn't slap me," I said in Agatha's defense, but Gianni stared at me with a look of disappointment.
"How long would you allow people to trample over you? She hit you and has to pay for it. Declare her missing," Gianni raged, his bodyguards moved towards Agatha but I was swift, protecting her with my form.
