The rain continued to pour down, spraying against the windows in sheets and torrents. Seth and Matthew went with Amy to unload the horses and settle them into the stable. Amy then went back to the camp to her family’s home, while Seth and Matthew continued to the cabin. “Come in and get dry,” Seth told his brother, “but you can’t stay here.
